Designed for the ultimate beach getaway, Warmth of the Sun offers nearly as much outdoor living space as indoors. Relax in the private hot tub, entertain at the outdoor kitchen, or take in the sunset from the third-floor sun deck. Inside, two living areas, a spacious kitchen, and five bedrooms provide ample space for family or friends. Two king suites feature luxury en suite bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and Moen vertical spa, the other with a whirlpool tub and separate rainfall shower. Every room flows seamlessly to outdoor spaces, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Beautiful and spacious home

This house was more than I imagined it would be. The floor plan was spa and the amenities were abundant. The owners had plenty of dishware, cooking utensils, and spices available. Would rent this again.

Wow, what a great home! We have stayed in Seacrest Beach community many times and this home is by far our family’s favorite. We are outdoorsy and love that this home has tons of outdoor space with all the amazing porches and outdoor kitchen. It was a little warm for the hot tub this time, but it has us wanting to plan a return stay in the Fall! The home, especially the kitchen, had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfy. One rainy day (not unexpectedly at the beach), but the house had several gathering areas with TVs for us to enjoy!!! The staff at 30A Cottages was very helpful in recommending area restaurants and things to do. And we always enjoy the pool and village, especially with the tram service. We will definitely return to this home again. Best vacation yet!

Warmth of the Sun is a very good property! The location is excellent. The house has several outdoor spaces for gathering the whole group, or having smaller gangs hang out! Hot tub was HOT!! Had to take the cover off to cool it down!! Kitchen has everything a serious "foodie" could want! And the shower in the MBR on first floor... amazing! Now I know what my car experiences in the car wash!! The home does need some minor maintenance and some of the furniture has seen better days! But we all know that popular rental properties sometimes take a beating! Overall, I would recommend this home for a large group, especially with young kids! The neighborhood is fantastic. Pool is great, best place for lunch on 30A!!! Great food.. try the fried shrimp basket!! Tram to beach was nice to have to avoid having to lug all that beach stuff around! Go get yourself some "Warmth of the Sun"

The property is very nice and has a nice location between Rosemary Beach and Aly's Beach. You can easily walk or bike to both places from this home. The main drawback is the assigned beach is VERY crowded.

The house is a quite part of seacrest but easy easy to get to the pool, beach (by tram stop) and restaurants. The house is one of the larger properties and as such boasts great space. The screened in spaces are excellent and we spent a lot of time here. The sun deck is very nice as feels very private. When travelling to 30a this place should be top of your list.

Warmth of the Sun has it ALL! This house was perfect for our family. We loved the layout, especially all the fabulous porches. It is well stocked with all the necessities and more. The location of this home provided a private and quiet backyard area and the most gorgeous sunsets over Alys Beach. 5 Stars all the way!

This was a great house, which worked out wonderfully well for us. The very spacious house located in the quiet area of the back of the Seacrest Beach Neighborhood. The owners have been very thoughtful in the way they have laaid out the home and specially the ay they equipped the kitchen. They have thought of every detail in the kitchen, making it delightful to cook and serve meals during our visit. BEACH ALERT: If you are a huge beach person, you may be in for disappointment when it comes time to go to the beach. While there is a tram stop close to the home (great), the very small beach space designated for Seacrest Beach is almost a joke compared to how much beach is available. The first day we tried to go to the beach,it was so crowded, we had to turn around and leave and go to the public beach at Inlet Beach. Other than that everything was great, we loved having the bikes and Anna and 30A cottages were great to work with.

Outside decks are AMAZING! 4 levels of separate areas for everyone to have a spot to go to! This house is in the back of the neighborhood and in a quiet area.

The house was incredible! It had everything we needed for us and 5 teenagers. The porches were just wonderful, hot tub, bikes, kitchen equipped with anything you could possibly need, and the location was perfect. Extremely clean and such an inviting home. Just a short walk/bike ride to town, pool or beach. The kids enjoyed taking the tram occasionally and the tram stop is right in front of the house. Convenient location to walk to rosemary beach and Alys Beach for shopping and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Warmth of the Sun! The home is absolutely wonderful - we had plenty of space for 9 adults and felt like it would have been easy to add another couple or children. The home has incredible porches that we LOVED using, and several living room spaces. We also enjoyed using the grill and eating outside! Such a great space overall. Our only difficulty was with Seacrest beach access; we used the tram (very convenient - tram stop is across the street from the house) and were only allowed to be on a very small section of the beach. The area was roped off and the surrounding beaches were nearly empty but labeled private. We spoke to some employees there and they said that although it seemed busy, it was far less hectic than usual which was shocking to us. This is of course not the problem of the property owners, just something to consider when renting the home.

We truly loved our stay at warmth of the sun. Given the unique summer we are having this property allowed us to have plenty of space. The different porches were amazing and we ate dinner outside almost every night! The kitchen is the best stocked rental we have ever been in and we loved cooking every minute. Since we couldn’t go to restaurants, this was a big plus!! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We stayed at Warmth of the Sun with 5 kids (mainly teenagers) and thoroughly enjoyed the ability to spread out and enjoy our personal space! The home was very clean, thoughtfully stocked, and the outdoor space is ample and wonderful! Everyone enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and pool, plus the private hot tub off the screened in porch. The 30A concierge was wonderful and check in and out was a breeze. They were accommodating, kind, and so helpful. We have come to the 30A/Miramar Beach area every year since 2006 and this was by far our best rental experience. We will be back!!

This house is lovely, but we fell in love with the "outdoors" areas of the home as well. The screened porches overlooking the natural areas are the perfect rainy day hang out! We loved the spacious master bedroom retreat, and the high tech shower....heavenly! Plenty of room to enjoy a beautiful beach experience. We would definitely stay at Warmth of the Sun again!

I cannot say enough about this house and our experience with 30A Cottages and Concierge. Their service was amazing as usual with an easy time booking, help with renting bicycles, you name it! The weather was dreary during our stay but this wonderful house made it a great vacation! We did get to go to the beautiful pool one day with help of the shuttle that showed in minutes! The rest of the time we biked a bit to enjoy the Mexican restaurant nearby and the ice cream shop in Rosemary Beach. We took the short drive down to the Hub to watch a football game and spent time in the house enjoying it's amenities. There were 8 of us and room still for another family! The TV room off of the enormous master was perfect for the kids and the layout with 3 staggered balconies was unbelievable! I'd love to rent this house again so we can use the grills and hot tub as well! You can't go wrong with this one!

We recently stayed at Warmth of the Sun during our visit to 30A. We were very impressed with the property! We had two families, each with two kids, at the property and we had plenty of room. There were two master suites, so both couples had ample space and privacy. We ate in several meals and the kitchen is fully equipped. Additionally, the tram to and from the beach was great! I initially wasn't sure about how convenient that would be, but it was fast pick-up and much easier than toting stuff to the beach. And the beach? Gorgeous! It is very close, whether walking or taking the tram. If you're coming to the beach, don't forget to bring your own beach towels and toys. There were none supplied. And the only other thing that didn't meet expectations is that in one of the master suites there was no closet, only an armoire, so storage space was limited. But other than that, the property was great! Nice finishings -- granite countertops, table seating for all, nice porches. Would definitely stay here again.

All I have to say is WOW. Absolutely mazing house to stay in, it was clean, close to the pool and beach, and there were so many fun accommodations close by. We had 4 families with us and we had kids ranging from age 6 weeks old to 5 years old. The rooms were separated perfectly where each family had their own private bathroom. The kids slept in the bunk room and it worked out great. Lots of kitchen space where we all grilled out on a daily basis. Only bad thing was we couldn't find a broom to sweep up the sand that accumulated in the kitchen, but that wasn't much of a bid deal, it just would have been nice to have one.

Our 4th stay at Warmth of the Sun with many more to come

This was our 4th stay and we love it just as much as we did the first time. This house has everything you could want. It feels like a second home to us. This area on 30A is amazing. Great community, beautiful pool and beach. Great amenities like the trolley. Responsive management service. Well equipped home. They've thought of everything. Proximity to great shopping and dining. Family friendly area. Airport is close. We will continue to make this our home away from home.

We have stayed at 2 other houses in Seacrest. All have been nice, this one was the best. From the ribbons on the toilets when we arrived, to the nice furnishings,big flat screens,to the great grill. Even had peekaboo views of the ocean. Everything was wonderful!
