Escape the hustle and bustle and relax in this beautiful, newly purchased five-bedroom home in the gated Cypress Breeze Plantation. The first floor features a spacious, open kitchen and living area, a king master suite, and a large covered porch with backyard perfect for family fun. Upstairs, enjoy a second king bedroom, queen bedroom, bunk room, extra den, and a covered balcony with stunning sunset views along 30A.

Just a short bike ride, golf cart trip, or walk to Gulf Place’s dining and shopping, including Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, ice cream shops, and more.

Community Amenities:

Private community pool with waterfall and lounging areas
Guest use begins at noon; pool open for homeowners only 8 a.m.–noon
Main pool gate entry required; guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Pool cannot be heated

1 mile to Ed Walline Regional Beach Access (approx. 2–3 min drive or 4–5 min bike ride)
Public access with parking, restrooms, and outdoor showers

Great place to stay for 2 families (11 total). Easy 2 min walk to pool. Perfect access to beaches and restaurants with golf cart. I highly recommend renting a golf cart. You can drive it everywhere and to the near towns too. Management were very responsive and helpful. The bikes were fun to use around the neighborhood. We will definitely recommend it to others.

Had a blast with the family. House was convenient to many shops an restaurants. Community pool was fun and close by the house. The golf cart was useful also. Overall fun experience and would rent again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Plenty of room for large families and the location was superb. Beach trips were a breeze, pool was great.. cannot say enough good things about this place. I left AirPods behind and was helped to retrieve them, just amazing! Would definitely come back.

Beautiful place to relax at with the family. Truly a blessing how convenient places were to the home. There was prompt communications between the host and myself. Nice community to take in the sights also. Thanks again for the accommodations. Nice appliances that is well maintained. The community pool was really close by also making the home an even sweeter feel for the family. Plenty of sun but the gift of the home was from the Son. Amen

House was as advertised. Great location with easy drive to the beach but in a nice quiet area. The home was conveniently close to the pool and was great for kids to use. Spacious and clean. Upon arrival the golf cart was broken but they got us a replacement to use for the week which was very convenient. Bring beach towels as the home wasn’t equip with those and if there’s numerous people you will need additional toiletries ie. Toilet paper and shampoo. Overall, a good rental in a good location. Would rent from them again.

The house was absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. We felt very comfortable and relaxed there. I loved sitting on the screened in back porch in the mornings and evenings. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was huge! The neighborhood pool is a short walk away and is a perfect option for the days away from the beach, and the area has lots of great shops and restaurants. We had a blast and will definitely be back!!

This property is beautiful the pictures online doesn’t do it justice. Be prepared to have a lot of sunshine coming in the windows in the bedrooms. I remembered to bring my eye mask because I like it dark. But the house offers everything you need and it’s very spacious. The golf cart is a really nice addition gets you to the beautiful beach in 5 minutes

This Home is gorgeous and very great place to stay if you have large group of adults like we did… it’s extremely clean & spacious! The showers was my favorite very cool & unique I loved them.. the kitchen, dinning & Living space is very large. Perfect for a weekend getaway with family or friends!!!!! I’ll definitely be back to stay ☺️

Very nice home. Plenty big for 11 of us. Could walk to pool. Nice that bikes were included. Good location to 30A. my only complaint, which has nothing to do with the house, is that the closest public beach is super small with little to no parking.

We loved this house. The house was spotless, and exactly as pictured. Our group included nine adults and three kids. The bedrooms were spacious and more than accommodated us, but the two separate living spaces were relatively small. The house is located right by the pool if you cut through the grassy patch out back, which was great for our big group, and about a mile from a public beach access. All in all, it lived up to our expectations!

Family Vacation

Santa Rosa Beach is our favorite vacation destination and this year we stayed with our extended family and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The home was fabulous, more than large enough. Because it was new to the market and clearly a newly purchased property, it could have had more kitchen accessories,. We don’t like to use a keurig, so had to purchase a coffee maker, this is a MUST to have in any rental! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

When I booked this house, I really didn't know what to expect because it was undergoing a remodel, and it didn't have up to date photos, but it far exceeded my expectations - after booking and one week prior to check in, remodel was complete and photos were added so that I could see what I was getting myself in to. When I say "worth it"...I truly mean it - this house sleeps 14+ people, and we are only a family of 3 (2 adults + 1 infant) that needed a get away and last minute booking, so I dove in head first with a larger home (beggars can't be choosers), and it was well worth the extra cost for us! The pool is a ridiculously close walk through the backyard or around the block, but the golf cart/low speed vehicle included in the price, made everything come together! We chose to use the upstairs (which I hadn't planned on because of an infant and stairs), but the adjoining master bedroom with a bathroom and kids room with bunk beds was perfect - it allowed us to be far enough away from our son but super close (only a walk through the bathroom to get to his bedroom). We rented a few items like a crib from a rental company, and they were delivered and set up which made it that much easier of a stay for us to not have to bring all the things in a car! Pros: - 1 mile from the beach (perfect distance) in a chill community - Golf Cart included - can drive it to the beach, park in small spaces, and drive to restaurants (this is worth well over $600, and it's included) - gated community - most houses are not rentals - secure and quiet, no screaming children from the balconies!!!! - phenomenal pool with waterfalls - remodeled house - gorgeous kitchen, bathrooms - plenty of space for dining - 2 AC units easy to control - one on each level, much needed in Florida - Roku tvs made watching tv a snap after logging into our streaming accounts - several restaurants and shopping within 4 miles of the house (that's as far as we would drive the golf cart) - 4 adult bikes included - free Wi-fi - wine cooler Considerations: - because it's a new remodel there were only paper blinds for window treatments which didn't keep light out at 5am - outdoor furniture was delivered the day before we checked out, so outdoor furniture was limited for us - if you plan on using the bikes, contact the bike rental company ASAP as they are difficult to get ahold of, and they require you to sign a waiver before they give you the lock code, so there could be a 2-day lag depending upon getting ahold of someone at their office and getting the waiver to you and back to them - living space furniture is limited, so I wouldn't plan to have everyone in one living space at one time (there are 2 spaces one upstairs and downstairs) - limited pots/pans/cooking utensils - we had to go buy a wine cork screw overall, we had the best time and can't wait to go back!

Didn't end up staying in the house I booked originally because there was a bad water leak but they got us into another house that still accommodated the 14 of us. It was a great stay and would definitely come and stay at the same house again if it is available.
